Pros

1. Good company for freshers. If you don't get job anywhere, join QAIT. It will give a boost to your carrier. 2. Lots of onsite opportunities.

Cons

1. Bad exit policy. If you want to leave and move on, you have to fight for it. 2. Low salary in comparison to current market. 3. If you are good in extra curricular activities, you have an added advantage. 4. Lots of agreements, you cant do this, that and so on.

Along with ample rejuvenating activities, the organization provides every individual a platform to showcase their talent in various events being organized by the company.
