Very Bad Management

Pros

Good people with well intentions. Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly work staff

Cons

Huge disconnect between managment and staff. People in high places that dont understand technology or the business. Work being forced down peoples throat. Too many chiefs making too much money. Every time a project is started its like a bull in a china shop.

Opportunity to update your resume.

Cons

QTS is trying to find its self. Richmond DCO Management don't have a clue about day to day projects. I feel bad for the low pay technicians.

Engineers are Subject Matter Experts in their various skills Administrative staff is friendly and courteous Executive staff are smart and intuitive

Cons

Not able to handle conflict (i.e. personally harassed by others and nothing done about it) "Stagnant" (i.e. no forward thinking with respect to the company and employees) Zero Growth Expectation
