      Good friendly people, very capable and highly motivative workforce

      Cons

      An industry follower Very little product innovation or vision Executive management with no clue Bad communications internally Sales Engineering with no real solution capability Outside Operations Engineering no real technical capability

      Pros

      The pay is fair, the benefits are good. People are generally friendly. There are some very knowledgeable people who know what they're doing. There are advancement opportunities, even across different departments. The workload is just right. Overall, not a highly-stressful environment, although there are times of that every once in awhile.

      Cons

      There are some overall feelings of bitterness with the seasoned employees. Small pay increases, if any (but that's pretty much anywhere these days). Lack of drive with some of the employees, and substandard performance or general lack of care.

      The Senior Management doesn't get it... Wrong direction and out of touch

      Good people with a lot of Potential and hard working

      Cons

      The Senior Managment are out of touch. Promotions are based on the buddy system and not on output. People in VP Level and above positions are being promoted that have no background or experience to lead. Senior Management is slow to respond and it just keeps getting worse. I have no confidence that this company will succeed....
