Pros

The company itself does thrive for more, and to be better... And most of the blame is fired at the CEO who is not to blame. The only people you can blame are the ones you directly report to. Data Center Managers are under constant stress and will take out their frustrations on their own team which is quite poisonous. But the higher ups will try to break even with you, as well as casually fire 20+ people for unknown reasons.

Cons

You will hear stories of a promise land that does not exist. Data Center Managers will run you to the ground, everyone is after each others throats, no one owns up to their own mistakes... It is a constant blaming game, especially in the jersey city facility. If you read any serious positive reviews, its because management was forced to do so....

Pros

Really none at this place.

Cons

Overworked. Underpaid. Zero work life balance. Terrible leadership. Hypocritical. So glad I escaped this place.

STRESS...Not Enough Hours or Resources

Pros

Growing, successful company with incredible facilities. Very committed to serving customers. Strong core values and fair pay/benefits.

Cons

Expected to be available via phone/email 24/7. Not supportive of remote work or flexible work schedules (outside of COVID, where work from home was allowed and has proven effective). Senior Leaders want employees at their desks, in the office...this old-school mentality will not fly when compared to other tech companies. Too much work and not enough resources to support expectations and getting a new headcount is very challenging...always tight on budget unless you work in Sales. Company policies are not applied fairly and consistently across the whole organization (exceptions made for specific managers, depts, etc).

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are a fast growing, innovative, agile company in a highly competitive, rapidly changing environment and industry. Our customers and our competitors move quickly so we have to move even quicker. We strive to get better where there are opportunities and flex and change are part of our culture. Digitization has been part of our business strategy that has supported our success. As a mid-sized company, leveraging data and technology to drive decisions and reimage work is critical so that our people can do their jobs more efficiently and so that we have redundancy in all areas of the business. We are still on our digitization journey and invite you to help us get better. Jana Moore, Vice President People Services
