Pros

New Sales and Marketing executives have amp'ed up the velocity, simplified processes, removed obstacles, and generally made it a better place to sell. The facilities are amazing and show well, and the emphasis on technology and the customer help to differentiate.

Cons

Slackers and passengers are not welcome, so you've got to bring your "A" game.

Pros

Great environment, people and leadership. Flat organization where everyone is approachable. Highest 3rd party customer rating in the industry. All around industry leader and great company to be a part of.
