      Great people to work with although there can be some drama. Variety of duties to perform makes every day different.

      Cons

      Promotions can be hard to come by, even though it is a national corporation. Upper management personnel usually stays a long time.

      Pros

      Good environment to gain management experience. Company on the west coast is very solid and organized well.

      Cons

      I spent fives years with the company showing no interest in my career future or willing to help me move forward even after completing a four year degree. No bonuses to speak of.
