Not a very professional environment to be in.
Pros
The hours are great, most employees are great at what they do and offer sincere help to the customers. You can wear flip-flops and shorts to work seriously! You automatically get pro-rated vacation time. Flowers on your b-day, lunch on admin day and a free turkey for Thanksgiving.
Cons
Very boring work same routine day in and day out. If you are a quick learner they will pile on the work and make you assist other departments. Not a big deal but doing expense reports for the engineer and not letting upper management know is unethical. Well so is adjusting time cards for employees every Monday for the previous week to avoid paying them overtime. Very old building not kept up very well. Company waste so much paper and don't recycle at all.
