Pros

Getting paid weekly, the employees are nice if you can speak Spanish if not you're out of luck. Quarterly Bounce if you don't get any fines or get told on if you didn't do your daily pre trip

Cons

Slow Trucks only goes 65 miles an hour, Racist front office, Blame you for there uninspected road hazard trucks. Lack of communication between Upper management and Truck Drivers, this is not a company to grow or plan to stay long term, bad benefits, trying to be loyal to this company will be a slap in the face just don't do it. Bottom line WROST PLACE EVER TO WORK

Cons

The pay without overtime is not enough to live off of for loyal,hardworking employees who have been there several year and know there jobs well and do them well but aren't financially taken of to stay there
