      Great work schedule. Allowed you to make adjustments to schedule when you have family emergencies. Dress code great . Sometimes they do listen to employees

      Benefits are really bad. Management needs to listen to employees. Give cost of living raises to all employees. To keep employees happy listen to them and give raises to them to keep them there. Do not make promises to them then say sorry .

      Pros

      Easy work for drivers is all I can say that is positivr.

      Drivers treated with disdain and disrespect. No paycheck settlement,,you have to Guess whether your paycheck is right, they refuse to let you see your paid miles, stops, incidentals. Local and corporate management are very bad. No open door policy, no one to talk to, no HR Dept, have caught local mgmt and office lying to customers and blaming drivers for issues we have no control over. This company does not care about or listen to employees at all.
