      I honestly cannot think of any pros. Its a job....?

      They genuinely do not care for their employees. Pay, benefits and atmosphere sucks. The Winchesters and their cronies care about that money, not the employees. Find a job elsewhere, there are plenty of large manufacturing companies that treat their employees better than Quikrete.

      Family like atmosphere, amazing team to work with, plant manager actually cares about his employees and customers, you hear that you are appreciated almost every day, steady work flow,

      Cons

      I think our ordering system could be updated/ completely revamped, being such a large company there should be a way to have everyone's custom pricing in an electronic data base so that we don't always have to go through pricing books. Pay is a little low but that's what raises are for! Work hard, and show up to work and you'll get there
