      The people are a pleasure to work with, very intelligent

      Cons

      Management don't communicate with each other or with the teams. Everyone is making executive level decisions without consulting each other, a lot of back and forth and bad management of company finances

      Pros

      NOTHING, Company does not have good benefits, shows favoritism. Managers are not good they do not teach you anything and they only care about themselves. They lowball you. If you are moving from within the company they keep your salary even if the department pays more.There is no room for growth. Very small pay raise

      Cons

      EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. They make you pay for extra activities "company trips, company holiday foods" They're Christmas bonuses are taxed and not very good either. Managers are not helpful. There's a reason why they're a private company, so they can get away with all that they do.
