      Pros

      Great people to work with although there can be some drama. Variety of duties to perform makes every day different.

      Cons

      Promotions can be hard to come by, even though it is a national corporation. Upper management personnel usually stays a long time.

      Pros

      Salespeople are provided with vehicles or vehicle allowance. Quikrete also seems to be updating their brand feel and marketing, which seems to be a plus for salespeople in the long term.

      Cons

      Pay is generally poor in all areas of the company, except for senior management. The company is managed in a very top-down manner, with little humor. I have been to many Quikrete locations and have found a generally negative, unwelcoming attitude at nearly all. Company is behind in technology and very conservative, frustrating from a sales/marketing standpoint.
