      Totally dysfunctional organization! How can you work with people who call each other names like “fatback” of “candy corn teeth”. Then there’s the guy who walks around saying “I’m the best looking guy in the place”. Childish.

      I honestly cannot think of anything positive about this company.

      Where to begin? They are proud that they made employees come into the office and spread COVID, mostly because they are living in the past and their systems are from the 90's. Good ole boys club, even in the manufacturing business. Nepotism runs rampant even if it is not best for the company. Systems are a disaster and god forbid you are with a company that is bought out by QC. I would not suggest anyone even consider this company as a viable option of employment. Compensation and benefits are bad, even by manufacturing standards. Forget about D&I, Work-Life Balance or a positive culture.
