      Experience batching and blending Portland Cement

      LOTS Terrible company from top to bottom. They complain about housekeeping yet they send their employees home early whenever their are equipment issues. Slave labor honestly, they hire plant managers that have no experience or know what they’re doing. Outdated ERP/MRP systems, outdated equipment that runs until it breaks with little to no maintenance done. I wouldn’t recommend working there unless you really down bad or are an ex con simple as that. Worst company I’ve ever worked for hands down.

      No Pros for Quikrete at all.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems, worn out plants and equipment. Too cheap to buy new equipment. The spent enough money to buy a new front end loader on a won out Cat loader. They did finally buy a new one. They would delete critical safety emails. I kept a separate portable hard drive with my emails.
