      Pros

      Job was very flexible, didn't have issues requesting time off or coming in late/leaving early when things came up.

      Cons

      This company does not pay market value on any of their positions. It's a common theme throughout the workforce. No room for growth, and a lot of times you'll get blocked from transferring to a vacant internal position even if you're qualified for the job. Favoritism runs rampant due to the good ole boy environment. The real people who make this company run gets overlooked, while the fakers get all the praise.

      Pros

      I used to work at Quikrete. Some of my co-workers were really nice and helpful as a team player when certain times of the month when company was very busy.

      Cons

      There was a lot of Drama going on. There was no direct supervisor or anyone in charge which could leave to a dis-functional office to work in. There was always over-time available if wanted.
