      Pros

      Large Company. Great product. Good reputation. Steady Work. The company is serious about customer service and is good at taking care of its customers.

      Cons

      The working conditions can be a bit challenging. The plant sites can be a bit dusty. The work environment is not in conditioned air spaces. Hot in the summer. Cold in the winter. Equipment is often worn and dated.

      The commute. Didn't have to worry about traffic going or traveling back home

      Cons

      Over worked underpaid. Company wasn't honest to employees in reference to relocation. Shutting down at the end of July 2016. Big laid off.
