Fast paced and challenging but fun!

Friendly, helpful staff and management, rewards for meeting targets, customers were pleasant to talk to and patient and generous discount for staff, great place to work!

Cons

Pressure on meeting very short call-time to meet customers needs. Booking holidays was not the easiest either!

Pros

20% discount, very good pension scheme of which QVC pays more than me. Close to home so easy to get there. Helpful to the employees and flexible with hours and holidays with trying to help everyone fairly.

Cons

Can't say there are any cons really, apart from we have to work Saturdays so less time with the children.
