Cons

Laid off a lot of staff recently, lean company so you will be doing the work of multiple people

Pros

Flexible work from home structure if you're in IT.

Cons

Lack of good leadership while under BECN. Only rule was save money above all else. Under QXO, well what can you say? Several rounds of layoffs, knowledge these people have are tossed away. No input from employees, just layoffs. And this is on top of the rounds of layoffs before the QXO merger. Seems like there's no end in site. Lack of communication between departments. IT doesn't communicate with operations (branches). Operation doesn't communicate with IT.

Pros

Pay was ok. Hopefully QXO will have positie change.

Cons

Upper management looks at numbers with no action for branches that are stand-alone. A lot of negative attitudes all directed at 1 person to yell at. Many questionable decisions were made by upper management towards me, including using my money to pay a bill that my company card was not authorized for.
