      -Product is great -Cloture -Work life balance - Attunity acquisition was brilliant

      Cons

      Data analytics company that cannot pay commission is a disgrace. Every paycheck is a lottery, if you receive a payment you are afraid to use it because you don't know if they will take it way from in the next payroll. Cumbersome commission plan that incentivizes the wrong behavior with many definitions that exist only in this company. You can be paid for deals that you didn't sell and the opposite way get zero commissions for deals that you worked so hard for. If you reach out to the compensation team, it will take months to receive a response if you are lucky enough to receive one. Commission report that is impossible to read or understand. I hope that someone at TB will see this review and understand why the results look so bad this year and why all the good sales reps are leaving Qlik.

      It depends on your manager whether it's a good workplace or not

      Pros

      A lot of hard working people who are supportive and work many hours. The diverse amount of groups you can belong to help connect people across departments.

      Cons

      People get overworked and I've seen even someone get their PTO denied even when they paid for it and it was a use it or lose it scenario. Can apparently do exceedingly well and yet not get a merit increase. Had a manager who preferred to hire men only. Yes, there were a couple of women already on the team, but the men got more kudos from the manager and positive responses. This is just one manager but it is odd when so many interviews were done with mostly women. Poor work/life balance. Expectations of how much work one person can do in a set time greatly misjudged by management.

      Remember the movie “ office space” ? This is much worse . After working @Qlik we all deserve endless beach vacation - the impact of Qlik’s surreal bureaucracy on any breathing soul must be significant. Nobody cares about traditionally important things like quality of the offerings or customers needs ... pointless TPS reports , real crazy bosses , bullying just like in the good old days ..and below market pay, just to make it even more interesting!
