      Pros

      Low stress, nice people (who you might not be able to relate to). Good salary. The non-american offices can be fun.

      Cons

      This is an established mid-size tech company. The average age of people working here is maybe 45. There are a lot of starched shirts and khaki pants - too much. It is super corporate. The culture DOES NOT EXIST in the California office, much of the time it is empty. People do not hang out, and if they do it is uncomfortable. Although the job itself is low stress, working here gave me a real existential crisis. Not much there there.

      Pros

      It is still a great place to work for as long as you have good management and like to take your own initiative.

      Cons

      Only hiring from big stack vendor competitors has dulled the organization. Way to much middle management trying to make a name for themselves instead of furthering the growth of the company.

      Pros

      No real pro's to discuss currently. No real direction from management currently makes for uncertainty.

      Cons

      Recently witnessed multiple rounds of layoffs before and after Talend merger. CEO was very tone deaf in addressing layoffs of previous company merged employees during all-hands call; very briefly mentioning the hardship for those people and quickly changing the subject and talk about their fun times at a company meeting. A bit crass to say the least. Most recent merger has ended up in more layoffs with limited information on where the company is currently heading and the same tone deaf response. This just leaves a bad feeling for everyone currently in the company.
