Strong SaaS product offering. Healthcare benefits are generous.

Cons

No real equity oppty for employees, as company continues to shift its strategy; acquisition by TB is further evidence. Leadership vision is lacking, revenue side especially - entirely disconnected with field realities and needs. Another significant layoff this week, and management has a history of not treating employees well in such cases.

Leadership team has no vision or accountability Missing target revenue quarter over quarter with no solid plan to turn things around Culture of firefighting valued over planning 5 CIOs in 7 yrs (3 in the last 2 years) Core values are words only. No follow through.

It’s true that we are working in a fast-paced environment and strive to be flexible to address the needs of the organization and our customers. And we’re proud of the value we provide with our products and services. To continually improve our ways of working, we gather feedback through surveys, Listening Forums, and other means. Our recent KPIs were quite positive for leadership and overall work experience. In fact, 87% of Qlikkies who responded gave their leadership a positive rating. Great Product and Great Customers. The product just works and delivers real Business Value.

Cons

Politics, Fiefdom and Transparency. There is a lots issues with next generation of leaders from Qlik. I hope they figure it out. We have lots of people pushing responsibilities and not answering questions directly.
