Huge management turnover. No real sales process in place. Used to be a collaborative culture, now management is instilling "management by fear". The acquisition of the company by Thomas Bravo (private equity firm) makes them cut costs to the bone; It's no longer fun to work there.

Product falling behind competition. Always on back foot reacting to market, versus leading. No accountability in R&D. Out-smarted at almost every turn by competitors. X Team clueless, but carries on like their brilliant all while getting teeth kicked in by competition.
