      Pros

      Nice Pay Check that gets deposited every two weeks.

      Cons

      Don't question anyone above you. Their Hubris will crush you for thinking differently. Screw the customer over and try to get them to pay for Professional Services that you should have provided up front because Sense is not Enterprise ready. If you are focused on the next big sale then this is the place for you. Just be ready to move on when you start to see the warning signs. You will come in one day and someone on the account team is gone, and you won't know if they left on their own, or were pushed out. Toxic environment that used to be great. They lost their Swedish Soul.

      Worst company I ever worked for

      Excellent health Benefits, PTO, great analytic platform, super smart solution consultants.

      Cons

      Senior management will lie to your face. They have done this for so long they don’t give it a second thought. Multiple layoff’s over the past year and high quality people let go while non-performers are still with the company.
