Pros

Clients who have adopted Qlik are generally satisfied and see the value that makes Qlik unique.

Cons

Why would you hire sales leadership that has never worked in the BI industry? Not just one or two, the entire leadership team! Learning curve for them has been painful. I'm not even sure if they fully understand what we do... Marketing, where do we start..How bout with the top. Does the CMO even still work here? MIA. Someone send out a missing persons bulletin...Actually it may be better that hes missing, cant cause any more problems for the field. . Good tech - weak leadership.

We have many team members and leaders from other technology and industry backgrounds. This diversity has strengthened our product innovation and engagement with prospects and customers. As you mentioned, we regularly seek input from the organization, including surveys and listening forums led by the leadership team, to help us improve our ways of working. We’d encourage you to take advantage of these channels to make a difference where you feel strongly (e.g., contact your C&T business partner to be included in a listening forum and share your input directly with leaders who can take action). The marketing department has seen increased investment to focus on brand and marketing campaigns that emphasize our end-to-end data and analytics messaging and are aligned with the sales organization. We think you’ll find their leadership team very approachable and open to talking and receiving input. Teamwork for results, yes?
