Ok products and great coworkers who are willing to help.

Cons

Qlik at one point had great direction and great leadership. Ever since the acquisition things have not gone well. There has been many reorgs and they are done without a plan in place. There is no real chance to be promoted within.

They support remote WFH for employees. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Lack of structure. Lack of market presence. Lack of management support. Lack of over all resources. Lack of diversity. Zero sense of urgency. Employees seem to lack drive, motivation and passion. Will seem very foreign if you are use to working in a very professional structured environment.
