      Great dedicated employees Flexible working arrangements

      Cons

      I've worked at Qlik for years and used to say it was a great place to work. Recently the culture changed. Senior management has been committing to release deadlines without giving teams a chance to plan the work. This causes chaos, shortcuts, poor quality, lots of stress. I really hope the company can change direction before more good people leave.

      Pros

      Qlik's SaaS Business is growing quickly and the tech stack is modern and robust. Customers love and are loyal to Qlik's core products which is a requirement for a successful SaaS Business. The working environment and people are a real positive. and remote work at Qlik works really well.

      Cons

      My view is Qlik should be much more aggressive about investing in growth, versus trying to drive too much profit in the year it should be increasing investing in SaaS so that it can capture more of the market - especially considering the impact of Covid-19 on the market Qlik services. Qlik does not focus enough and spreads its development resources too thin.
