Direction: Authentic customer centricity from Qlik’s executive leadership and decisions around acquisitions and product development. Every acquisition has made a lot of sense and has been a natural compliment to Qlik’s core value proposition. Product: technical leaders with complex needs and high standards become very impressed with Qlik data integration and analytics platform. If you are a good listener you will consistently find an opportunity to help an organization or overcome problem or achieve goals with data. People: Qlik’s front line account teams are very high caliber. We trust each other and have confidence in each other which i think has a huge postive impact on the customer experience.
Cons
Can be a learning curve. You need stay dedicated the eneablement programs to maintain a strong grasp on Qlik's value proposition as it grows. The platform can do lots of powerful things for lots of organizations, but only if you recognize where it matches up to the needs you hear. Name recognition: This is changing but Qlik has not traditionally won the popularity contest. Sometimes need to play a bit of catch-up at the beginning of competitive engagements. Handled correctly, this can be used to your advantage once engaged.
