Dynamic start up - talented workforce

Pros

Great Manager and Team in the Client Service Group in Dublin Exposure to a dynamic and talented Product Team Positive work/life balance and a caring culture in Dublin Slick new WeWork office space in a great location. Options to work from home when the need arises - this is a godsend! Working independently on your own caseload is great - there is no micromanaging but plenty of Manager and senior Team member support when challenges arise. Good communication from the top down. Overall a very positive working environment with a good social aspect.

Cons

A few teething issues with the shared office space that are being resolved - nothing too onerous on a day to day basis

Be sure to talk to our new people operations manager in Dublin on any office space feedback so they know what's working and what's not for you. Hopefully the well stocked tea, coffee and biscuit and social areas have some benefits!

Pros

Supportive team, lots of training opportunities and room for growth. Good social side with weekly team lunches. Health insurance covered. Location is fantastic. Flexible working hours if needed and option to work from home. Great working environment with a team that are happy to share their knowledge.

Cons

Work space is small but workable.

Don't waste your time - A sinking ship

Great people in the Dublin office

Cons

Management care only about sales, the app is totally neglected and can only be sold if it is never actually used before closing the deal. They attempted to polish up the app but gave up because they couldn't understand the benefits of a good user experience or didn't even care that it was embarrassing /damaging to show he app in a sales pitch. You will get no empathy from management, they are cut throat and only care about what gets them their next $20 rather than a long term vision.

An open forum is always available to ask questions and share ideas, either privately to your line manager or senior managers directly, or in our weekly all-company coffee talks.
