Pros

* great set of customers (Nokia, Mastercard, Capital One, Autodesk, etc.) * people really believe in the power of microlearning and helping customers * restructuring is fully complete

Cons

* the company had 100% of its senior management team turn over in the last 12 months. Need some time to gel, but very promising

Someone deleted all the negative reviews

Nope. No point. Its awful.

Cons

There were about 10 really negative reviews outlining the state of affairs of the company, but some how they've gotten them deleted. Now this profile doesnt look too bad. Trust me. The fact they had to get reviews deleted says a lot. They have no other way of addressing the issues other then brushing the negativity under the carpet and continuing on pretending everything is ok. Its not. Qstream is a hospice. Our product should be put down. Its screaming in pain.

Glassdoor investigated number of recent reviews all posted within days of each other and deemed them as not meeting their community guidelines. Therefore they deleted several reviews which were in breach of their policies. If you are still with us, you are encouraged and very welcome to share your feedback and ideas with your line manager, any senior manager or your people operations manager. There is always an open door policy at Qstream and ideas and contribution are welcome from all Qstreamers.

Rats on a sinking ship

Pros

Energy was great at the start. People we worked with were great until they were nearly all laid off, coldly, for no reason.

Cons

Absolutely dishonest work environment, managers don’t care about anyway, and as for these “setting the record straight” review responses, these are clearly desperate attempts to drown out the very REAL and negative reviews. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, you will literally taint your career. If I see one more fake positive review on here I will personally name and shame here, on LinkedIn and every other job board.
