We appreciate your comments to help us improve - management take this very seriously and have taken the opportunity to reassess Qstream's market "fit" and addressable universe to ensure there is ground planning, targeting, and product fit to maximize the take up and continued usage of Qstream.

Thanks for your feedback - we really try to create an environment where Qstreamers can feel they can be resourceful, challenged and supported so they can continually improve their skills, and continually improve our product and service for customers. 2018 has been a good and strong year so far, with a clear view of goals and how we will get there, with a lot of progressive and positive changes made based on customer, market and employee feedback. The primary focus has been transparency of such goals and very clear action plans (built within teams and not just top down) to ensure goals are challenging but still achievable.

Cons

A depeleted group of senior managers who know very little about the Sales Enablement space. Only a few individuals - the current (not former) VP of Customer Success, the VP of Engineering, and the VP of Sales - actually understand the product and are working tirelessly to rebuild what once was a substantial offering. The others are just taking up space. The CFO should spend more time trying to rebuild a failing and flawed infrastructure instead of submitting "fake" positive Glassdoor reviews. No clear and reasonable product strategy and roadmap. No marketing - most have already left the company. It's now clear we are running on fumes.
