Pros

Qstream is a special company with a lot of potential. One of the hottest tech start ups in the greater Boston area. Great company to work for, atmosphere is amazing and coworkers are friendly and extremely smart hardworking individuals. Rewarding start up company to be a part of, with a bright future ahead.

Cons

Career growth could be a concern as they are a start up and do not have direct career paths quite yet. Hopefully will change in near future.

Pros

Qstream is a great place to work. The product is amazing and the people who work here are rockstars. Great open office environment with employee lunches, snacks and drinks. Very strong benefits package - who offers 4 weeks of vacation to employees on their first day - Qstream does!

Cons

There is nothing I can really say that is a con.

Pros

Qstream is a company that focuses a great deal on making sure the end customer is realizing a return on investment. As a result the teamwork and collaboration is very good. People want to help one another and their customer. Very friendly and great culture.

Cons

Growing so fast that they lack the process steps, therefore additional time is required to verify activities and outcomes.
