Pros

Qstream is a great place to work. They hire smart people and then give them opportunities to achieve and innovate. You can be independent but the support is always there when needed. Everybody works hard. It's a fast-paced, high growth environment with a very positive culture. Clients really value Qstream's product & services. We frequently hear how much they love us. It's nice working with an innovative product and team that customers really like.

Pros

Qstream as a very welcoming, energetic, and fast-paced environment. Every level of management can be accessed easily, and the best part is they welcome your thoughts with an open mind. Things change quickly around here which can make work challenging, but fun & rewarding.

Cons

In a start-up, things move rapidly. This type of environment may not be for everyone. Independent creativity and curiosity are necessary to get the job done. I would not consider this a con, but for some people it may be.
