Pros

My first project required relocation and since day 0 they ensured that the transition did not affect me professionally but more important personally. Your place as a professional is granted here! They treat you as an asset, listening, supporting, guiding. I worked over a year for 2 different QStride clients, and I had the time of my life.

Cons

Small company but as long as they keep doing great this will change...

Pros

Good pay, flexible work hours, open and transparent, driven to succeed. Even given the cons I listed below, I would work for QStride again.

Really small company, minimal benefits

Great culture and no bonds.Excellent management that cares about their employees and wants them to succeed. Flexible work environments. Good benefits
