The company was great in 2016. Management was very understanding and you learned something new everyday.

Cons

Now, management went downhill. Micro managing is in full effect. Work you like crazy with no raises. They feel like you owe them something because you work for them. No matching 401 K - after the last quarterly meeting, they basically could careless about it

Make good money including overtime. None none none none none none none none none none none none none none none.

Cons

WAAY overworked and they think they own you because of pay. Treat you like cattle and micromanage the HELL out of you and any mistake is YOUR fault.

The people suffering next to you are nice.

Cons

Expensive benefits. Standing in one place for hours on end is hard on your back and legs. There used to be chairs that you could choose to sit or stand. Everyone was working fast but management thinks if you're standing you'll work faster. Fatigue sets in every day and by the end of the day you're worn out and have no energy to do anything else. Your home life will suffer.
