Pros
Nothing beats being in the shop with your coworkers. Some of the most interesting people are right in this area. They pay for you to go to school. The staff are fairly friendly so long as the job you need to do is done. You will learn, and you will learn quickly.
Cons
This job isn't for the thin skinned. You need to be able to take a joke, and be able to do it frequently. Your mistakes will be remembered, and rarely lived down. This isn't a job for those that are coming to 'collect a paycheck'. This is a job for those that want to be challenged frequently.
