      Pros

      Generally standard 8-5 work, occasional overtime.

      Cons

      Boise team specific: -Micromanaging and extreme blame culture from leadership -Little to no training -Little to no growth opportunity -Below average pay for industry -Management struggles to acknowledge their own mistakes -I received contradicting feedback from layers of leadership (manager and director for example) -I also had some situations when after following directions of a manager or receiving approval from manager a client was unhappy, managers would throw me under the bus rather than take responsibility. That was pretty discouraging

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Able to work remotely. Able to handle personal matters without issue. (Dr appts, Sick kids, etc.)

      Cons

      Working constantly, early mornings late nights all hours and it is expected. 24hr a day/7 days a week on call, no break. Never having a real day off. Major job stress and heavy work loads, not healthy. Management does not care. Training Poland to eventually take your job. New customer service structure, that is poorly structured and customers are not receiving the service they need/deserve.

      -(almost) always looking for workers, they'll hire anybody -onsite gym, medical facilities, cafeteria

      Cons

      -mandatory overtime (48-60 hrs/wk) for full-time employees -constantly raising stakes, more work with less workers -poor labor planning, division
