They seem to acquire sinking companies, go in and lay a bunch of employees off and restructure everything, or close down plants completely. Health benefits arent good. Cult-like structure. Make you take unnecessary quizzes every month. Lay-off was abrupt, unprofessional and left a terrible overall impression of my experience. Cut tuition reimbursement in the middle of a co -worker's education without notice.

Everything! poor management, useless employee advocates, operators are a bunch of whiners! Lack of training, employees are expected to do flawless jobs after NOT being in their respective positions for months! Employees are not being empowered. however, micromanaged! Quad can not retain anyone for long, so they blackball a good employee to other potential employers. The sub shifts are an absolute joke. Quad is more like an aslyum than a place to work. I used to have a positive attitude and it got me no where. I used to care about my job, then realized no one noticed you. Your a number, just a body to do what they want you to do. Employees are consistently bumped to lower positions than what their skill set is.
