Pros

Amazing launch pad for career, but not career long place. They love to hire young developers for cheaper pay, which is great for internships and straight out of college people. I credit my successful career in this industry to my college internship and first full time job at Quad. But would advise moving on after knowledge and experience gained.

Cons

This is the perfect place to get your foot in the door and gain experience, best of any from all I've talked to. But after 2 years, if you're not still learning, move on and find yourself a big pay bump in the market. Quad under pays, but once they've given you the real world skills, the pay day can be found elsewhere. In this industry, if you're not moving every 3 years, you'd better be gaining knowledge, or being rewarded significantly for the knowledge you contain. But stay vigilant!

Pros

It used to be a good company it no longer is. Do not apply here. Do not consider a job here. You would be much better off flipping burgers at McDonald's. They will use you abuse you and then dump you. I cannot even count the number of tenured employees that they forced into retirement or "restructured" all so executives could get bigger bonuses. So if you want to give your money to the executives then work here.

Cons

Upper leadership is pompous and arrogant. They keep taking away from the average workers and keep giving more benefits to the executives.(at the expense of the regular workers). Directors and above get large bonuses regardless of company performance. This is why they keep "retiring, or restructuring long term employees. So the select few can benefit from all of the regular workers hard work. They keep taking away from the average worker and give exponentially more to the executives. There is also a huge amount of nepotism. If you are related to any of the executives you can be the worst performer but you will keep your job at the expense of tenured long term employees. If I could give this company a lower rating I would but the program does not allow you to rate below 1.
