      This position allows you to have a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Very demanding, on call 24/7/365. Hard to get away even when you're on vacation. Company continually takes away benefits.

      not a vary hard job ,good hourly wage ,on site gym,fishing pond and pull stations to alert code blue to get help when some one gets hurt

      Cons

      high insurance cost,no 401K match,,12 hour shifts operators and shift leads that do not know there job ,not a safe place to work
