Pros

Laid back atmosphere (in this particular department in this particular facility). Somewhat decent benefits. Making a few changes to improve compensation for employees.

Cons

Print division is a sinking ship and Quad isn't providing life jackets. Puts manufacturing workers on 12 hour shifts then routinely cuts hours (on Saturdays so you lose OT). Multiple plant closures per year. Equipment and tools in poor condition. Other print companies focusing on packaging for growth, while Quad is content to let it atrophy like Paul Orndorff's arm. Wisconsin workers will be ok. Everyone else? Keep that resume handy.
