Pros

My previous experience in digital marketing taught me a lot — professional skills, stress resilience, and, most importantly, a clear understanding of the kind of work environment I’m no longer willing to tolerate. It was a remote role with a focus on international markets, which initially seemed promising. However, the internal atmosphere within the team and company quickly shattered those expectations. The communication was toxic: colleagues routinely crossed boundaries, shifted responsibility, manipulated others, and showed blatant disrespect. My efforts were ignored, my initiatives were devalued, and any form of feedback vanished into a void. The environment drained me both emotionally and mentally. The workflows were chaotic. Simple tasks that should’ve taken 15 minutes dragged on for months. There was a lack of accountability, and interdepartmental collaboration felt like intentional sabotage. A rigid hierarchy was especially apparent: if you weren’t in a head or lead position, you were treated as if you didn’t matter. Leaders routinely ignored questions, refused to get involved in resolving issues, and showed clear disregard for the team. The company isn’t just stagnating — the business is barely staying afloat. Constant mass layoffs have become the norm. Remote workers, in particular, should be warned: promises are broken, people are often misled about payments, and in some extreme cases — like one I witnessed firsthand — candidates were forced to relocate abroad at their own expense, only for the offer to be withdrawn at the last moment. Expect regular salary delays (literally every month) and no promotions whatsoever.

Cons

I do not recommend working with this company. Even with strong motivation and skills, staying in such conditions means sacrificing your own well-being.
