      Pros

      GMC Software is growing rapidly and has earned the number one spot in the customer communications management industry. Here, you have the opportunity to work with extremely talented individuals from around the world who are truly passionate about what they do. The management is the best I have seen, and they truly do care about people. I feel very fortunate to be where I am.

      Cons

      The company is growing so quickly, it will be extremely challenging to navigate through the changes that will take place in the coming years.

      Pros

      Core products are really great - newer ones not so much. Lots of really talented and positive people work throughout the organization and most people get a lot of freedom to perform their jobs the best possible way.

      Cons

      "Not invented here" was invented here and messengers do get killed on a regular basis. The company is currently too successful, in it's own established world, to be able to change much.

      Pros

      The people you would work with ( on a peer to peer level ) couldnt be nicer. The president of Neopost Canada is also a very nice man and I personally have a great deal of respect for him.

      Cons

      Poorly run company that does not value their employees. Very demotiving management and mid mangement leaders. Work life balance is not considered here and Overtime is expected on a regular basis Base pay is below industry standard. The different parts of the organization do not work together at all. In fact they almost seem to work against each other.
