      Pros

      - good working environment (coffe, ping pong etc.) - mostly friendly colleagues ( lot of them leaved in current time) - work life ballance - company security - nice offices

      Cons

      - low salaries - absolutelly no interests about employee happiness - performace reviews or manager feedbacks does not exists there, therefore salary optimizations are made by some cross company index like + 2,5% to everyone - quadient developes its own frameworks like BTDB, Bobril which costs a lot of maintenance to sustain in production quality and are far away from concurence - on some projects bus factor 1 is normal state - HR basically does not exists there - lot of senior developers left Quadient in recent time - no reaction from management
