good pay and benefits. Most customers are nice. Coworkers are nice.
Cons
as with other large companies, something is lost when quantifying performance to a number. Employees strive to get good numbers rather than a good job. The parts of the job that are not counted are not done. Employees are compelled to do things they would not normally do in order to produce numbers.
