Relaxed and informal atmosphere, good people, some very talented, great city. Great benefits including medical insurance, vision, dental, 401k, ESPP, gym, swimming pool. Salary is good for San Diego region.

Cons

Can be too laid back at times, at other times too much pressure. The company has been expanding rapidly overseas, but US locations have had layoffs.

Good place to work Great people and very smart people Interesting and challenging projects Decent pay for cost of living San Diego is an amazing city

Cons

Long hours Understaffed (in my technology silo, but I know other areas that were overstaffed) Lots of outsourcing overseas, which often results in lower quality work, and inconvenient hours to accommodate collaboration between locations
