      -Good Benefits -Nice office -lot of communication between peers -Easy access to knowledge -The mid level employees(engrs,HR) -Part of a well respected brand

      Cons

      -Not much useful work -Confusion about organization.Frequent Reorgs -Unclear picture of what your job responsibilities will be 1 year down the line -Bug fixes are the primary job.,Actual Development is every where else -No growth prospects unless you are into playing politics
