      Pros

      You work on advanced technology. Get to work on challenging and Interesting projects. Can keep-up with the latest in semiconductor technology. Get to work on projects involving latest wireless SOC and currently there is a wireless boom in the market. Competitive environment. Supporting manager You get very good benefits, good bonus, 401k plan, health insurance choices and can also get some good discounts for several things like travel, etc through company portal.

      Cons

      Have to sometimes work overtime. Sometimes have to spend weekends working. Gets over-competitive sometimes.

      Pros

      Employees work on a wide range of cutting-edge technologies and are able to learn many exciting skills if they want to learn. Due to explosion of mobile industry, there are many opportunities in the company and it has grow more than 50% over past few years

      Cons

      Long hours and lack of work-life balance. The industry is super competitive and company/departments need to work very hard to develop new technologies and maintain existing ones. Late night and weekend work is quite common in most departments. Salary is not competitive compare to other large companies in the industry, so many good people left to join companies like Apple, Amazon, etc. There are still many dead woods in the firm and don't seem to contribute much to company's bottom line, except creating more meetings for people around them.
