Long working hours. Pathetic middle management up to VP. Lack of innovation. Corporate bully exists at all levels A lot of people are purely resting and vesting, no doing much. Too many meetings, a lot of people doing to talking and very few people doing the walking. IT dept is cheap, refuse to upgrade machines even when they are ancient

Not as small a company as it once was (the small company culture is not as prevalent as it used to be), some groups are much better than others to work for, managers often have too much individual leeway with reviews when it is rare you actually work directly with your manager.
