There are some great people that work there. However, the constant turn over limits close relationships.

Cons

Horrible pay, filthy facility, rigid micro management, feigned interest in employees by management but in reality employees are not valued at all.

They don't view you as a person, but rather a working machine. They just added a new policy only allowing 3 days of NPTO a year. How ridiculous is that?! They want you to have no life outside if work. It's not fair.

I received a paycheck every two weeks to work like a dog and receive no recognition.

Cons

Low pay, poor benefits, and constant ridicule when targets are not met and they they turn around and say we value our employees. Condescending is the nicest way to put it.
