qualfon is a good company because of the people working at qualfon and people working at qualfon are nice and friendly the company is not that strict when it comes to dress codes and not that strict when it comes to pronunciation..

Cons

there is a lot of discripancy when it comes to salary!.. even though you made an action about it nothing happens in the end.

The compensation is pretty good, enough to make a decent living. They also offer one of the best amenities in the industry most especially thr benefits their employees get. Simply put, they groom us.
